I casually browsed the electric window options myself and also came up with the same conclusion.
And decided there's nothing wrong with the original crank and it's certainly cheaper and more reliable than any electric window, I'll stick with stock.

For some of us the best (cheapest/solution)way would be to add air conditioning and keep the windows up. lol
