Its easy to use too just clean off any loose rust, paint or other stuff and use thier Marine clean
to make sure all surfaces are clean. Then use the prep and ready to etch the metal then rinse
and let dry then you can apply por-15. I used blackcoat over the por-15 so it will not fade
because the por-15 base is not UV resistant.
