Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Feb 2002 Posts: 12,029 Cruising in the Passing Lane | | Cruising in the Passing Lane Joined: Feb 2002 Posts: 12,029 | the switch is just a 3 position slider, the springs should give it a positive feel, especially that big one on the right in the pic, any of the springs can get weak enough to lose the 3 position feel - also check the pawls the 2 coil springs are attached to and operate it and watch the action, "neutral" is just the "relaxed" position between L and R, it should take some effort to put it in the turn positions and it should snap back when the canceling cam on the underside of the steering wheel hits the tabs on the ends of the "horseshoe" .... it should return to a center position that makes the signal staying on impossible
