I'm putting a new (lighted) dash switch in for my backup lights today and thought I'd add a relay into the picture ... but when I went to plan out the wiring for the relay, my brain siezed up on me! LOL! I just couldn't figure out how to wire things up!

To worsen the matter, I found a really cool little amber light that may fit perfectly in the hole on top of my dash (from relocating my wiper switch) ... and I thought I'd wire it into the backup switch as a "warning light" to let me know whether my backups were on or not -- I don't think those "lighted switches" are very bright.

I'll be posting a photo-diary of the thing when I'm done (later today maybe) ... but, anyway, in re-educating myself about how to wire up the relay, I decided to post a tutorial on my web site for future, potential brain-fart-experiences:

If you have any questions about wiring up a relay, HERE are all the posibilities.
