Need to finish up some cab work and hope you folks can help.

What is the correct color for the floor board and the toe board? I believe the floorboard was covered with black ribbed mat, correct? What about the toe board?

I believe the headliner is cardboard, but what other areas of the cab had cardboard-like covering? And where can I get these pieces or patterns? Any idea where I could get a "map pocket" or pattern?

My truck has some non-original old wood paneling in the side kick panel areas. Were those areas originally just open to the cab metal, or what?
