I hooked up the units as you suggested. Am I correct in thinking that if the the sender unit is disconnected from the 'F' pole on the gauge that the needle should register full? The fact that the needle wants to peg to the 'E' side of the gauge makes me wonder if the the coil on the 'F' side may be not working. Any ideas will be appreciated.
