| | | | Joined: Aug 2012 Posts: 11 New Guy | | New Guy Joined: Aug 2012 Posts: 11 | Recently purchased a '63 C10 with 12 bolt posi and 3.73. Only a few very short trips before servicing the rear end. I gave it a good cleaning with Varsol and refilled with Lucas synthetic gear oil (75-90?). I also added GM additive when I first noticed some chatter. I still have a posi chatter. Should I get rid of the Lucas? Any other suggestions? Thanks OldsCool | | |
