I think you are to the point where you need to remove the flywheel and take it to someone who has experience in this kind of matter before you make an even bigger mess. Trying to drill a broken bolt is difficult because the bit will walk on the uneven break. And with a broken eze out in it thats harder than bits, its a difficult situation.
