Hello paint enthusiasts! My 53 3100 was painted with PPG CLV back in 2010. I understand the law has changed to low or no VOC's now. I need a pint to touch a few nicks in the paint. Is the paint still available to be mixed and sold to me if I am not going to spray it? The two tone was Horizon Blue under India Ivory. I need the 8026 India Ivory PPG CLV. Possible? The local paint suppliers don't sell it here for obvious reasons, but is it sold in the back woods somewhere where the law hasn't taken effect yet and if I have no intentions of spraying it can I get some with a waiver if I need that type of thing? My body man tells me mine was the last one to be painted before he went to water based system, but now that screws a whole lot of people that paid good money for a paint job and need a spoonful for a small scratch or chip to match the color.
