Ill give a new cap a try
I suspected this issue might be the cap, just wanted to make sure the Bucking and dribbling filler neck were both symptoms of a bad cap.
Didnt have the issue in the cooler morning drive (80 degrees 4am)
Ill try my local FLAPS for a cap.
