Has the ride height been changed from original? If the drag link from the steering gear to the left front wheel isn't parallel to the ground, there's nothing that can be adjusted to eliminate bump steer. A stabilizer won't help much in that situation. It's a geometry problem that will only get worse as the angle of the drag link off horizontal increases.
