Hey Jerry, I just did this. I bought the seals and rivets ,they give you 26 rivets.You can also buy the peen over tool as well. I riveted the vertical piece in [4 rivets]. The tech support will tell you the C shaped seal is riveted as well. The originals did not look as though they were riveted so I glued those seals in. I only removed 6 rivets per side the 4 for the vertical seal and the 2 on the division bar at the bottom of the vent window frame. Removing those 2 gives you enough room to remove the vent window assembly. The only problem I saw was the rivets I bought were too long for the vertical seal, so I shortened them up to work.
