Mike yes the carb is mounted to the isolater plate and fuel lines are original in the proper location. How warm would you expect 'boil over' to occur? I drove the truck to a show yesterday, started right up in the morning when it was cool. The temperature was in the low 80's and the truck sat on a blacktop all day. I'll have to look at the heat riser, not very familiar with it.
