I believe I have found the problem. Was able to use my camera and take some pictures that I could not get my head in to see. It looks like the arm was able to get over a centering pin at the pivot point and jumped up above the drive point instead of being below. It is wedged in so tight that I can not move it by reaching up. With everything added under the dash, I could only feel the wiper motor and it was hot. I will need to get to the back tomorrow, removed the link arm from the motor,then remove it from the truck. I will then try and see if it is fixable or ordering new arms and see if the motor is ok.
