I am working on something like what you are asking but I haven't started putting the thing together. I purchased the brake/clutch peddle assembly from
ECI that was recommended from a previous post. Mr. Ralph and his men are good people, they took care of me and even recommended an other person to make the slave cylinder for the clutch.
I have a 39" with a 1954 235. I am working with a 55 bellhousing so I had to find an other way to work the new brake system and clutch. I am also putting a T5 so I have been looking around for what to use or who I need to go to.
Novak has a
Hydraulic Clutch Slave Retrofit Kit for Chevrolet Bellhousings. I do not know if it is for the jeep master clutch cylinders or if it will work with the one I purchased from ECI.
