Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Sep 2002 Posts: 25 New Guy | | New Guy Joined: Sep 2002 Posts: 25 | Just installed Royal King Pins on 45 GMC 1/2 ton. You don't have to ream out bushings to install king pin, just drive out old king pin, then use bushing driver to knock out brass bushing. Clean up install two needle bearings. a tool is provided for this then put spacer bearing on bottom side of spindle and axle place king through then insert the other two bearings, drive in locking bolt. Remove old grease nibbles and install plugs that come with kit. Install new grease nibbles,caps and o-ring on both ends of king pins.
