Wet Mist Coat: A coat of paint that isn't heavy enough to have gloss.
Medium Wet Coat: A properly overlapped coat that is heavy enough to gloss but not run.
Flash Time: The time it takes for the paint to not be runny wet but still sticky. When you can touch the masking tape and not get paint on your finger BUT it's sticky it's flashed.
Someone else may have differing opinions.
