I installed Juliano's 3-point with the 3rd person lap belt in my 1957 Fire Truck 45 minutes start to finish.
To get the nut in place for the shoulder point I taped the nut/washer to a piece of 1/4" rod like a lolly pop and held it in place while I installed the bolt from the front, when done I pulled the rod out. If I ever remove the bolt the nut will just fall out and I'll do the process again to put it back in.
