If it is a 6 volt horn you need to run 6 volts through the horn USING THE ORIGINAL HORN RELAY.
I dont think VW nate knows anything about the original Delco relays. Volkswagen Nate, you can file those horn points all ya want but if ya dont use the correct horn relay before firing them up again , those points will be nothing more than a cheap spot welder.
