Here's a link to how I made a fiberglass with a wood rib for reinforcement headliner. Mount in the rear with the original trim strip. Tucks behind/under the windshield rubber and windlace. with extra support from the visor mounting hardware. could have been painted but covered it with the same fabric as cover the door panels and seat.
