| | | | Joined: Apr 2005 Posts: 2,832 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Apr 2005 Posts: 2,832 | The Holley 1bbl carb was used on several Ford engines through the years. Ones from either the 200 or 250 inline six work with a bit of adaptor and linkage mods. Steer clear of the ones with the clear glass on the float chamber as they tended to leak. They are a very squat carb so used them where height clearence was an issue. I can't remember if the 240 had a one bbl but none of them gave much carb problem.
