I have just purchased a 1951 Chevy CAR. I have the backing plates, shoes, cylinder, etc. from the front of my 1955 2nd truck. Will these fit the car with the original 5 lug drums. If they will fit, will the brakes be better, the same, or worse as far as stopping power? Thanks.
