Take the cover off the bottom of the flywheel & look up yo see what is going on. Like 3B says it doesn't act like grease on the disc but there is no seal on the front of that trans. If you get it too full it can run in to the clutch houseing, especially when parked faceing down hill. You should have some free play in the linkage before the TO brg. contacts the pressure plate. I think you need an adjustment or a new clutch.
