That chart seems to be a little optomistic on compressiion pressure. As long as the pressures don't vary a lot, compression from 80-100 PSI should be acceptable. A maximum variation of about 7%-10% from one cylinder to another is considered to be acceptable. Be sure you're cranking the engine with a well-charged battery, with all the spark plugs removed and the throttle blocked wide open. I've seen stovebolt engines run pretty smoothly with compression as low as 40-50 PSI as long as all the cylinders were within a few pounds of each other.
