The switch and switch harness are still available new from Eaton. The switch is part number 32861 (about $10), I can't find the harness number. I think I got one from NAPA about a year ago.
The center terminal on the switch gets the hot wire from the fuse block. The top terminal is High speed and the bottom is Low.
