rc,It depends what you've already removed,I found it much easier to remove the frame complete with the runners etc.

There are two 1/2" nuts at the rear of each runner on the vertical panel of the seat base,have you removed these?

Also be careful when you finally remove the seat it's awkward and pretty heavy.
