Here's a picture of what's going on. We're dealing with a Classic Parts of America wiring harness. The directions completely lost us as far as these terminal strips. Here's a picture of what's going on. There are two terminal strips on either fender.

Maybe you can see something that's wrong so far. Still lost on how to wire in the green and black wire. Hopefully I can make this test work.

The housing is installed, I'm not sure how to go about grounding it for the test with the ground cable of the charger? I could try grounding to the stud on the housing.
