Thanks Guys! The carb shop stuff is very helpfull. I sealed off the inlets to the out board carbs and got the idle adjusted pretty well. Only 6 lbs of vac. at 850 RPM, the cam is real lumpy. I drove it for the first time tonight, it runs pretty good! Got to sort out the steering and brakes. Thanks again
If you meant 6 inches of mercury at 850 RPM, I would highly suggest borrowing another vacuum gauge for comparison purposes!
