My local guy did my bench seat with cloth (no bow tie) for about $300. He installed all new burlap, cotton and foam. I sandblasted it and painted the frame/springs first...it looks brand new front and back. I think $1100 is out of line...you can by brand new 40-20-40 low back seats from van and truck for about $850.
