I made a 1 piece flat section and added a couple channels to the back for support. This was welded just below the column support and to the top of the toe board. Then a skim coat and sanded her flat.Those clamps were in my parts truck under the seat from a plating company from out in California. I had to use them. Thanks for the compliment.
