EDIT: I SEARCHED AND SEE THAT YOU HAVE A SUBURBAN. DISREGARD THE INFO BELOW WHICH IS FOR A PICKUP. Looks like the part you need is a combo bolt and lockwasher (GM #3676478 in the Factory Asssembly Manual)
