Hey guys,

I have a 50 suburban. When I bought it I knew little of suburbans. It had all the seats and they were in decent shape. However in the front the guy had removed the seat riser and made his own bracket like risers similar to 3 inch high wood blocks but made of metal and mounted the driver seat to those brackets. The jumper which looks like its from a later suburban has similar mounting brackets and it sits at the same height as the driver seat. Since I knew nothing of suburbans it looked normal at the time. I've read there is also a factory metal plate that the jumper is mounted to which is also gone on my suburban. The floors were never reeplaced so it looks like they purposley removed these peices. What can I do to correct this? Has anybody out there that has has to seal with this?

Thanks!
