As others have stated your 235 bell will not fit a V8 but any 63 or later 194/230/250/292 bell will bolt-up to the V8. The truck bells described in the tech tip will mount to your crossmember same as the 235. The front/side engine mounts are different, but as others stated there are crossmembers/mount kits for
that.
