After doing a little more research, I have found other people who are offering custom VIN/Serial Number plates with custom numbers stamped on them. HMMMmmm.......I'll just bet they're working together with the Title and document sellers.
Yeah, I just completed the paperwork for the state and will be sending it in tomorrow. We'll see how it goes.
