I went over tonight and found he was well informed and had regular hinges there as well to show me for comparison.

Wish I had brought my camera to take pictures of the COE along side regular hinges to add to this thread. None the less, here are some pictures for anyone else who is interested in some identifying pictures of COE hinges:

I also had to buy the doors just to get the one set of hinges, but my doors are better... so they will be for sale.
