Yep, the condition of the frame, undercarriage, and engine compartment don't really match the fresh paint. Sort of an Earl Scheib "lipstick on a pig" job, maybe! Check to see if a refrigerator magnet will stick to the rocker panels, lower edges of the fenders and bedsides, etc. Thick Bondo will let a weak magnet fall right off.
