It's been 1 yr now since I got the truck back on the road. During this time I've driven the truck about 1500 miles, while working out bugs and finishing up some details.
This past weekend, I entered the truck in the Crusin' OC car show in Ocean City Maryland, which has grown into a huge event with over 4000 cars entered. Somewhat to my surprise, the truck recieved a outstandings show award. I mean there were litterally thousands of beautiful rods and customs with tons of chrome, custom paint jobs and meticulous detailing, so I was surprised that an old workhorse would garner as much attention as it did. Especially given that it wasn't meant to be a show truck, just another driver.
