Is there a parking brake cable adjustment on the brake shoe itself that should be made prior to making the adjustment on the cable itself? Thanks First make sure the brakes are adjusted and in good working order. Next Make sure your cables are not seized. I had that issue the first time I tried to adjust mine. | | |
