Tj,I agree with the comments on photobucket, those look like lever arm shocks.

AFAIK the lighter trucks i.e. 1/2 ton used a friction (knee action) style shock,and tube style later on in the series.

My knowledge of the bigger trucks is a little limited.

It might be an idea to move this one over to the Big Bolt forum,it'll reach more of the guys 'in the know'....
