Don't remember the exact years, but in the late 50's-early 60's there was a dual-chamber master cylinder that had one reservoir for the clutch and another for the brake. The clutch slave cylinder and the hole for the throwout fork was on the passenger's side. They were on regular pickups as well as specialty rigs, IIRC.
