The guy who turned me on to EZ-Wire had installed numerous Painless kits and a couple of EZ-Wire kits ... he told me they were the same except with EZ-Wire you have to buy your own ground wires (I just bought a roll of black wire -- see my link below).
EZ-Wire kit labels each wire every 6-inches or so; same quality as painless.
I wired my truck a year and a half ago ... no problems; easy install.
