One ear dicky 'Bolter O Joined: Nov 2008 Posts: 179 Toronto,Ontario. Canada	Hi Rug, I have a '57 3100. I put a rear end out of an '83 pontiac firebird. No hassles, just had to have spring perches welded on. I don't know if the rear end of a '54 was the same as a '57, but, maybe someone in here will chime in. Good luck. Roy
