One more question? On the back of the bell housing it reads..
" This housing must remain with this motor."
Does that mean that the crankshaft from the old motor, with the hydro-matic, needs to be put into the new donor block that had a four speed manual in order for everything to work properly? Is there anything else I should know before rebuilding the two motors into one? They are both the same casting number by the way, and I would like to retain the Hydro-matic.
