so im planning on putting a m318 3 speed in my truck for a bit, and then putting a 57 m319 3 speed with the overdrive once its rebuilt and working.
Due to the solenoid on the overdrive trans, ive read that it take alot of fabbing to get a floor shifters rod to clear the solenoid.
ive also seen once a guy had two shifters, one short one tall.
do any of you have pics of something like this.. i dont wanna buy a shifter for the 318 then have to find a super rare floor shifter for the o.d. trans
