If you have what's left of the original parts, or enough to make a pattern, any woodworking shop can fab them. If not, and nobody comes forward with a better idea, you will have to make a cardboard template for the rough shape, have it cut, then do a lot of fitting (or pay someone to do the same.) And, cletis, last time I tried to weld wood, I burned the heck out of it!
