Roy Rodgers 'Bolter R Joined: Mar 2005 Posts: 1,636 Ranger, Texas	I didn't think there was enough room to put a shim behind the pulley. All gm alternators I have seen had just enough thread on the shaft to go through the nut, but didn't stick out much if any.
