Like Weeds says, plain old enamel is a good choice, as you want something with some flex. Also, overhead painting sucks. Trust me on this! I sealed the bottom of my wood floor, with that cheap ashphalt undercoating stuff. I was already done in the time it took me to try and clean the paint off my arm, that had run down the handle of the brush under my sleeve. Ugh, what a mess!
