Hello everyone from another 'bolter in Virginia Beach! Been a long time since I logged into the site. Retired from the Navy back in '10, had some spare time, then went back to work in early '11, and holy cow here it is almost mid-way through 2012 already!

Slowly working on a '52 5-window 1/2 ton. First vehicle I bought was a '52 3-window for $700 back in '79. Sold it in '86 and regretted it every day until I found my 5-window about 3 years ago. Decided not to go original, rather building it the way I wish I could have when I was 18. 350 V8, auto trans, etc. Wanted to drop a 348 into it, mostly for the nostalgic look, but man those big ol' motors are expensive.

Really wish I would have logged into this site sooner to learn of the show last month. Maybe there'll be other opportunities in the near future.

Look forward to visiting here more often, and maybe even getting a chance to meet some of you here in the Hampton Roads area!
