I ran across an ebay ad a few years back for bulk qty's of made in USA drill bits, an industrial supply in Oklahoma (iirc) was going out of business. His listing was for letter only, and he indicated he would be selling the number and fractional sets later. Of course, I emailed and asked for the complete qty of everything. It was quite an outlay, about $750 in total (which was about 25% of retail), and I then ordered the Huot dispenser cabinets:
