Kurt_51carryall Shop Shark K Joined: Aug 2011 Posts: 835 Raleigh,NC	Could be either hydraulic or solid depending upon where the engine came from. If it was a truck engine, they will be solid. If it was a '54 powerglide engine, they will be hydraulic. Not sure about the '54 standard tranny car 235, but I think they were hydraulic also. Kurt
